In 2016, our company was accredited by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) for both COP (Code of Practice) and COC (Chain of Custody), which certifies the implementation of responsible practices from an ethical, social, and environmental perspective and guarantees the origin of gold. Ethics is a value that has always distinguished IMO’s conduct: with these certifications, an already well-established practice is now officially recognised as well.
Additional Title Certification
We also protect our Clients through Additional Title Certification in order to ensure the compliance of our products (trademarks and legal titles) with current legislation.
Through periodic audits, it is renewed from year to year.
Whistleblowing Procedure
Our whistleblowing procedure allows employees and other stakeholders to report, in a confidential and protected way, any unlawful conduct. Reports can be sent to the dedicated e-mail address: segnalazioni@imo.it.
